Employees weren’t using the existing video conferencing solutions.
Office space was not used efficiently due to dedicated and shared desks.
Flexible working was not possible.

Global Microsoft Collaboration

After Cisilion was chosen as the partner for Willis Towers Watson, significant investment was made in an on-premise Microsoft Collaboration environment.

The project started as a POC at the Willis Towers Watson London HQ. The further deployment will consist of three core regions AsiaPacific, EMEA, and the Americas, each with two sites.
