About Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH)
Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity supports one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals, where more than 750 seriously ill children are seen every day from across the UK.
The charity helps fund ground‑breaking research, cutting‑edge medical equipment, child‑centred facilities, and essential family support services – all designed to give children fuller, funner and longer childhoods.
Why Cisilion Chose GOSH as Our Charity Partner of the Year
Following a company‑wide vote, Great Ormond Street Hospital was nominated and subsequently selected as our Charity Partner of the Year for FY26 and FY27.
GOSH’s purpose – providing hope and life‑changing care for seriously ill children – mirrors Cisilion’s commitment to meaningful social impact and supporting vulnerable communities.
Internal fundraising activities (Summer Step Challenge, World Food Day, raffles) have already strengthened engagement across #TeamCisilion while raising vital funds for a cause everyone feels proud to support.
Our Charity Work
Why Is Charity Important To Cisilion?
Cisilion’s commitment to charity and fundraising is woven into our culture, values, and ESG strategy.
Across our Social Sustainability and Community initiatives, giving back helps us strengthen our local impact, bring #TeamCisilion together, and support meaningful causes that change lives.

Giving Back with Purpose
Our Sustainability Initiatives
We recognise that we have a responsibility to act, and take decisions that will support a sustainable, low carbon future. Our commitment to the environment extends to our customers, communities, employees, and suppliers.
We offer both a Cycle Scheme and Ride to Work to give employees access to affordable and top of the range bicycles and bicycle equipment. We are also partners of the electric vehicle leasing company Loveelectric, providing our employees with easy-access and affordable carbon reduction solutions, with electric charging points at our offices.
Cisilion aim to support our Clients, Employees and Supply chain in our zero-waste goal. We work with our partners such as DocuSign and Suez to ensure our waste is either eliminated where possible, recycled or re-used.
We are proud to be partnered with KOcycle on our contribution to the circular economy, committed to ensuring redundant IT assets can be re-purposed globally, supporting our customers with their redundant IT kit.
We are proud to be partnered with Ecologi to support our carbon offsetting journey. For each new starter, we fund a carbon avoidance project of one tonne of carbon in their name. Together, we are supporting the world and our environment. Some funded projects include fuel-efficient cookstoves in Uganda, avoiding methane emissions from landfills in Brazil and protecting forests in Paraguay.
As a cloud-first organisation, we support our clients with digital transformation through migration and adoption of cloud services. We are proud to have seen the biggest ever shift and up-take of cloud-based services, further helping to reduce the consumption of energy through the reduced use of traditional data centres across our customer base.
We have partnered with Blue Marble, a Planet Impact Management organisation to assist us in calculating our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions each year, analysing the data and identifying future opportunities for our carbon reduction plan.
