The Sales Support team can assist with:

- ETA requests and lead time updates
- Backlog enquiries
- Serial number requests

- Escalation support relating to existing orders
By contacting the Sales Support mailbox directly, your request is visible to the wider team, ensuring continuity of service, improved response times and cover during periods of absence. Your Account Manager can remain copied into communications where appropriate so they stay informed of progress.
