Our Team

Craige Winter-Nolan
Sales Director

After leaving school, Craige established a sales career within the digital print industry. Joining Cisilion in a Business Development role in 2013 marked his successful entry into the IT sector. After demonstrating success as an individual contributor, Craige became responsible for the company’s new-client acquisition strategy in 2016, notably building three sales teams and significantly enhancing market engagement as Head of New Business. In 2022, Craige was appointed to the board as Sales Director.

Craige combines passion and drive with a commitment to aligning Sales strategy with our technical, support, and operational teams. This alignment builds trust, enhances client experience and supports overall excellence across the board.

Jamie Riddle
Head of Commercial Sales

Jamie is a highly experienced sales leader with a strong track record of building trusted long‑term client relationships across complex technology environments.

He believes sales is a professional discipline grounded in preparation, judgement and integrity. Jamie works closely with clients to understand their wider business context, helping them navigate complexity and make informed decisions that stand up over time.

As a leader he is committed to coaching his team to maximise their potential, encouraging continuous improvement and supporting each individual to develop their strengths.

Known for his calm considered approach, Jamie focuses on quality conversations, collaborative working and outcomes that deliver genuine long‑term value for clients and for the team he leads.

Simon Garwood
Sales Manager

Simon brings a pragmatic, client-focused approach to sales, shaped by years of experience working with organisations investing in complex, outcome-led technology solutions.

He is known for his ability to build credibility quickly, ask the right questions and translate technical possibilities into clear, commercially sound recommendations. Simon values transparency and long-term partnership, believing trust is the foundation of successful sales relationships.

His approach is thoughtful rather than transactional, with a strong emphasis on doing the right thing for the client and building sustainable value over time.

Matthew Wilkieson
Sales Manager

Matthew is an experienced sales professional who specialises in helping organisations navigate complex technology decisions with confidence and clarity.
