Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
My family has always been a profound source of inspiration for me. Their unwavering support and encouragement have shaped who I am today. The values they instilled in me; integrity, perseverance, and compassion guide me in both my personal and professional life.
What does going Beyond Expectations mean to you?
Taking time to understand needs, demonstrating a commitment to their challenges and successes, investing extra effort to ensure the customer feels valued and supported, and building relationships by establishing a genuine connection and trust make the customer or colleague feel appreciated and understood.
Why did you join Team Cisilion?

What are you most proud of about your career so far?
When I first began my career in IT, there were few women in the field. I take pride in overcoming the challenges of succeeding in a male-dominated environment. Breaking barriers and showcasing my capabilities in this dynamic field has been a major achievement in my career journey.
What are your long-term career aspirations?
My long-term career goal at Cisilion is to become a key contributor to the company’s growth and success. Ultimately, I aspire to attain a leadership position where I can mentor others, shape the company’s direction, and help the team to continue to build a dynamic, forward-thinking working environment that consistently delivers exceptional value to our clients.
What is a professional goal of yours?
I have successfully passed my ITIL Foundation certification a while ago so I would like to refresh that and would then like to pursue the ITIL Practitioner certification.
What is a personal goal of yours?
To convert and build my own campervan! 🙂
