New ‘full lifecycle’ Technology Services 3 Framework Achieved

 Cisilion have been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Technology Services 3 Framework – the next iteration of the Technology Services 2 Framework.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2019/20, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth over £1bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

The Technology Services 3 Framework will replace the Technology Services 2 (RM3804) Framework, covering traditional Information Technology services, including:

  • Provision and management of IT service desk.
  • End user device support.
  • Network support.
  • Asset disposal and application maintenance.
  • Infrastructure support.
