Cisilion and Teleware announce new strategic partnership

London, 25th May 2016 – TeleWare has today announced a new partnership with leading global system integrator, Cisilion. This announcement builds on TeleWare’s ambitious growth plans, which focus on creating new, tailored cloud-based products and services for businesses to help them improve connectivity, increase employee productivity and meet regulatory and governance requirements.

Cisilion transform their customer’s businesses, by inspiring intelligent change through the design, support and management of integrated and connected next generation IT infrastructure. Their focus is delivering robust systems that enable higher performance, increased availability and scalability, resulting in cost savings and increased productivity for their clients.

Initial focus for the partnership will be on offering added value to Microsoft Office 365 and Skype for Business users with a range of enhancements. The partnership will focus on delivering these enhancements to finance, legal and insurance businesses.  These include Intelligent Number, a single number that users can access on any device anywhere in the world, regardless of mobile signal or wifi connection.  Users will also be able to add enterprise class voicemail, audio conferencing, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and voice recording to Skype for Business, providing unparalleled functionality in this growing market.

These unique enhancements to Microsoft products provides Cisilion with a differentiated customer offering, creating more value for their customers. This includes improving how employees communicate with each other, with suppliers and with customers across all communication platforms.

Steve Haworth, CEO at TeleWare said, “Cilision is a great addition to the TeleWare partner network. We believe the strength of this partnership is the combination of TeleWare’s innovative product offering alongside Cisilion’s strength in the finance, legal and insurance sectors.

Rob Quickenden, Chief Strategy Officer at Cisilion said, ‘We are delighted to be partnering with TeleWare and to strengthen our collaboration offering.  By having access to new products, we are able to provide customers with a range of options they simply wouldn’t be able to get elsewhere’.

Cisilion and TeleWare will be hosting their first event on the 7th July. The event will be centred on Skype for Business and will give people the chance to test and experience the SfB enhancements first hand. Interested in attending contact:  Sal Herbert on sherbert@www.cisilion.com.
