On 25 January 2026, Cisco officially launched the Cisco 360 Partner Program, a complete transformation of how partner expertise, customer impact and value are recognised.

The traditional Gold, Premier and Select tiers have been retired and replaced with a modern, outcome focused framework designed to better connect partners with customer needs.

This new model places greater emphasis on lifecycle value, technical capability and client outcomes rather than legacy tiering.

For our clients, this is a significant and positive shift. It means partner designations now reflect real capability across Cisco’s key technology portfolios, giving buyers clearer insight into which partners are best equipped to support their strategy.
