Working alongside the Head of Marketing to produce award winning innovative multi-touch campaigns to deliver leads to the sales team and drive pipeline. You will be working as part of the marketing team to manage Cisilion’s inbound and outbound marketing campaigns in line with company strategy and budgets.

You will need to drive and increase MDF funding, while managing relationships with agencies to successfully deliver the approved campaigns. Success will be measured by the number of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) generated and ROI against the spend of marketing funds.

This role includes full ownership of marketing tools and processes, e.g. Hubspot and Netsuite. Innovation and refinement of processes to improve lead flow, data quality, and opportunity tracking is an essential part of this role to be able to demonstrate lead ROI.

For campaigns to be successful client references are essential. A critical element of success within this role is driving case study pipeline and production. You will be expected to deliver video/written case studies, quotes/references, and internal project snapshots against set monthly/quarterly KPI’s.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in project managing marketing campaigns in a B2B environment – across multiple channels driving pipeline and impressive growth.
  • Obsessed by lead management and conversion – transform how we manage track and convert leads- challenge process- Innovate new ways of working to maximise client growth and acquisition.
  • Must have a passion for creative writing, the ability to translate deep technical Information Into digestible, engaging, human copy.
  • Commercially minded sales driven revenue marketer, who must be an energetic, passionate, personable, and keen networker.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and tenacious; enjoys taking ownership for projects and seeing them through to completion.
  • Highly organised; the ability to successfully organise people and projects to meet tight deadlines and complete several projects at once is vital. Must be conscientious with a good attention to detail – especially when working under pressure.

Key Tasks

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transform, own, and drive lead management process to measure the successful delivery of campaigns through analytics and reporting of leads, interactions, and ROI. Adjust campaigns, if appropriate during their lifecycle; apply any lessons learned to future campaigns.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of Cisilion’s HubSpot SalesHub platform, ensuring new sales team members are effectively onboarded and equipped to use it confidently. This includes creating, managing, and optimising prospecting sequences, maintaining campaign assets, and collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to drive adoption, consistency, and measurable engagement across the sales team.
  • Build, develop and drive relationships with sales and presales managers to craft campaign messaging that showcases both Cisilion and vendor messaging. Work as a team to craft sales enablement/training to drive lead conversion of campaigns.
  • Own and drive case study pipeline and production – video, written, quotes/ references, and win stories to drive customer acquisition. Promote through ABM campaigns driving footfall to CEC.
  • Devise verticalised partner and strategic marketing campaigns utilising client advocacy content. Campaigns must align to levelling up plan and be multitouch – web page content, vertical proposition production, multi-touch marketing tactics depending on vertical approach.
  • Monthly always on demand generation campaigns based on vertical campaigns to nurture hunter group target list and wider database; inbound and outbound tactics involving a mix of channels: website landing pages, thought leadership content, blogs, collateral, social media etc.
  • Manage vendor MDF plans to submit and request marketing funds for all marketing activity within deadlines; collaborate with vendors to ensure synergy throughout campaign messaging. Build relationships with new and tactical partners  to unlock new funding opportunities.
  • Effective management of any assigned budgets; maintain cost tracker and follow finance procedures for raising purchase orders, invoicing against work completed, and submitting necessary forms to set up new suppliers, as required. Measure marketing development funds (MDF) accrued vs. spent and submit claims within deadlines.
  • Ownership of marketing tools and processes, e.g. HubSpot and Netsuite – provide user training for sales as required. Ensure data is regularly cleansed/imported and handled in accordance with data protection regulations (the GDPR). Innovate processes for effective reporting
  • Develop PR strategy to build relationships with Cisco and Microsoft – Positive win stories, business updates, events, case studies promoted back to key vendors individually, probably via a newsletter.

  Key Skills     

  • Experience in IT Reseller, MSP or Distributor managing multiple multi-touch digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills; a true go getter that can drive lead generation and manage high-impact marketing campaigns that drive client acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – must have the ability to analyse and derive meaning from data which you will then translate into actionable changes. Power Bi expertise preferred.
  • HubSpot / NetSuite / CRM  experience on system integration to deliver full lead lifecycle reporting.
  • Passionate about marketing & technology – able to dive in and use innovative, next generation platforms and tactics to tell our story.
  • Flexible working attitude, prepared to go the extra mile when required, such as putting in extra hours to meet deadlines, travelling to attend events & meetings, as necessary.
  • Commercially minded with good common sense to ensure we get best value for money from our suppliers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Degree in relevant area (Marketing, Events, English, Business, Media or PR).
