What is Pulse?
Cisilion Pulse is our client feedback initiative that gives us a clear view of how we are performing and where we can continue to improve.
It runs as a short, structured survey shared with clients throughout the year, providing consistent insight across experience, engagement and delivery. This helps us understand what is working well and where there may be opportunities to do more.
The next Pulse survey will be shared in early March.
Why Pulse matters
Ongoing feedback allows us to move beyond assumptions and base decisions on real insight.
Pulse exists to:
- Create a channel for open and constructive feedback
- Identify themes and trends over time
- Support a culture of continuous improvement
Above all, it ensures client voices are heard and thoughtfully considered.
How feedback is approached
Feedback collected through Pulse is reviewed at an aggregated level to identify key themes and patterns.
Insights help inform internal conversations around client experience, enabling reflection, learning and progress over time.
