New Framework Status Boosts Cisilion’s Public Sector Capabilities

Cisilion is proud to have expanded its RM3808 Network Services 2 capabilities, adding to its expertise on an increasing list of public sector frameworks, which includes the GCloud 11 and Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Technology 2 (RM3804) Framework.

The Network Services 2 framework enables telecommunications services including networks for the entire public sector, their associated bodies and agencies, the voluntary sector and charities. Cisilion is now able to provide IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, Audio Conferencing, Unified Communications and Contact Centre services.

Direct award ability is available through the Network Services 2, further improving the service that Cisilion is able to provide to the public sector.

Debbie Richardson, Cisilions Framework Manager, said “Cisilion is committed to the public sector and these frameworks enable us to deliver our consultancy, operational, and managed service solutions to a wider public sector audience. Whether the business outcome is cost reduction, workforce efficiency or improving services to the community, Cisilion will be able to provide a solution at the right price.”

Cisilion has extensive experience adapting Enterprise Networking, Collaboration, Security and Data Centre & Cloud solutions from the enterprise and commercial space into the public sector. Cisilion’s position on these frameworks means that its solutions are available on a transparent and accessible online platform, leading to significant procurement savings in both time and effort.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2018/19, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth £945m – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
