Investing in our people

At Cisilion, we believe it’s our people that sets us apart from the competition. Keeping our employees happy and engaged is our top priority, which is why we invest in our culture to make sure our employees experience with us is the best it can be.

We’re delighted to announce that a recent staff survey showed our employee satisfaction score is higher than some of the biggest tech companies.

We scored 60 using the Employee Net Promotor Score (ENPS) system which put us in the higher bracket. The scores range from -100 to 100.

It’s a new way for us to check on our employees and find out how we can improve their working lives with us, and it’s a system that many of our competitors are yet to use.

In the survey we asked a series of questions based around their working environment, learning and development, wellbeing, communication and how they felt engaged with Cisilion.

It was an anonymous questionnaire so we could get honest answers from each employee.

There were lots of positives in the results, such as how our hybrid working approach was well received, that we promote equal opportunities, support diverse working groups and how they love our events to help them socialise with one another.

Even with this high score, we’re continuing to improve some areas as we’re not satisfied until we hit the very top.

So, from the New Year we’ll be making upgrades to our offices so our employees have the most up-to-date place to work, launching a new internal communications platform, hosting plenty of fun-filled events, and adding to our already vast pool of training available.

This just the start for us and our journey to be the best place of work for our employees. We’re going to continue with these surveys and listen to each and every comment made so our satisfaction scores go through the roof.

We’re already starting at an extremely high point and by listening to feedback I’m sure we’ll be able to hit 100 soon enough.
