Announcement: Welcome to our new Head of Pre-Sales, Lee Gatland!
Joining #TeamCisilion is our new Head of Pre-Sales, Lee Gatland. After having worked at CAE for almost 27 years, where he performed numerous IT and leadership roles – including Consultant, Technical Director, CTO and IT Director – Lee joins Cisilion with a wealth of experience and credibility.
Similar to that of CAE, Cisilion’s current growth is following a similar trajectory to when Lee was at his previous company. The expertise that he brings to the table for the next chapter of our growth as we continue to invest and build out our Pre-Sales team, expand our service offerings, capability, efficiency, and reach, to support our Sales teams and customers is indispensable.
In Lee’s next chapter at Cisilion, his focus will be supporting to develop and strengthen both the Cisco and Microsoft Pre-Sales and Consultancy offerings, bolstering our vendor relationships at the senior level. Additionally, he will be working to help standardise and streamline the existing pre-sales processes, including SOW, proposals, and handover process to our delivery and support teams.
Looking towards the future, Cisilion’s new Head of Pre-Sales, Lee Gatland, adds “The growth within Cisilion over the last couple of years – along with the passion and commitment from everyone in the business from presales to sales through to delivery, managed service and the back-office functions – impressed me prior to coming on board and continue to impress me further now that I have joined the team. Working with these teams, I aim to embrace and harness this passion and help drive Cisilion forward as they continue to grow.”
The future of Cisilion with Lee on board will go from strength to strength, as the company looks to modernise the brand and values to accommodate the hybrid world. Together, Lee will work closely with our CTO, Rob Quickenden, Cisilion’s Head of Hybrid Infrastructure and Security, Denis Kayes, and Head of Digital Workplace and Microsoft Cloud, Adam Hand, to strengthen our delivery, support, and managed services teams, in addition to finding new solutions and services to take to customers.
