Cisilion is looking to further develop its Service Centre by expanding its Managed Services offering due to the additional customers using Microsoft there is a need for a Microsoft Support engineer.

The Sales Support function is a crucial role within the sales team and is needed to provide customers and Account Managers with a service that meets and exceeds their expectations. 

New Business Account Manager (New Business Team)

Location: Heron Tower, London

The main aim of this role is to locate and make contact with new logo accounts in order to sell Cisilion services and solutions. The focus will be on Enterprise global clients in the City of London, typically between 500-5,000 Users.

Director of Presales

Location: City of London

To lead the existing Presales capability to develop and execute the technical solutions we deliver to our clients.

Microsoft Consultant

Location: London or Leatherhead based (with remote working)

Cisilion is looking to a Microsoft Solutions Consultant to join our growing Microsoft consultancy and delivery team.

Service Centre Engineer (Wireless/Security)

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 9UT

To provide 2nd and 3rd line support to our customers across a broad range of Security and Routing / Switching solutions. Excellent customer-facing and telephone support skills are required.

New Business Account Manager (Commercial Team)

Location: Heron Tower, London

The main aim of this role is to sell Cisilion services and solutions with a focus on global enterprise clients in the City of London. Once you have acquired new business you will farm the account, to maximize revenues.
