Cisilion established themselves as an equal opportunity employer. All of our people are different and we are committed to ensuring that opportunity and inclusion of all our employees are equal, on the grounds of colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national origin, sex, gender (including gender reassignment), sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability. All of our practices adopt this approach, the whole way through employment.
Cisilion’s awareness of our global carbon footprint is at the heart of what we do. We enforce both internal policies to encourage our employees to be environmentally friendly and supply our clients with environmentally friendly business solutions.
Best practice surrounds everything Cisilion do. This year, we are supporting Shooting Star Chase as our Charity of the Year. The charity support both the children and families supporting those who are suffering from life-limiting illnesses. They provide nursing, practical, emotional and medical support at home, through therapy and support groups or at one of their hospices. Each year, Cisilion offer employees two days voluntary leave to participate in such activities.
Cisilion Anti-Slavery Value
As part of our culture of good governance for good business, at Cisilion Limited we operate to a set of core values which reflect our relationships with our principal stakeholder groups: customers, manufacturers, shareholders, suppliers and team members. We adopt a behavioural value for all our business relationships, reflecting our attitude to the exploitation of individuals in any form, and more particularly the offences under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are committed to opposing modern slavery in all its forms and preventing it by whatever means we can. We demand the same attitude of all who work for us and expect it of all with whom we have business dealings.
Our attitude to modern slavery is: zero tolerance.
