We are looking for a passionate campaign executive to support the marketing and sales teams with lead generation and campaign execution through our digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for:
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver integrated and measurable execution for our campaigns using the marketing automation platform HubSpot.
- Work with the Brand and Content Marketing Manager to define campaign schedules and priorities.
- Support Digital Marketing Executive to build social campaigns to reflect running campaigns.
- Be responsible for qualifying marketing leads through follow-up processes.
- Identify target accounts with sales and lead Cisilion’s Account Based Marketing strategy.
- Build campaigns using emails, landing page customisation, SEO, PPC, video outreach and analytics.
- Support the Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2-1 integrated digital campaigns for the sales team.
- Business Development and Lead Generation Support: Work closely with Digital Marketing Executive and sales teams to support on lead allocation and follow up.
- Ensure integrated and measurable marketing execution for all campaigns.
- Manage external agencies for lead generation campaigns.
- Book/Organise initial meetings for Sales Team
- CRM Support: Be the CRM marketing evangelist providing direction, support and best practice for sales and marketing use as well as guidance for the rest of the business.
- Social Media Content Support: Support creating engaging content to fuel the social selling strategy within sales teams, driving user adoption in social sharing platform Sociabble and brand amplification.
- Content Creation Support: Support Content Marketing Executive with both written and graphical content for campaigns, blogs, website, case studies & other sales collateral.
- Events Support: Support creating high-level messaging, vendor/speaker liaison, logistics, coordination, invitations, social posts, industry messaging, hands on support, and client follow up.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in using marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Passionate, energetic and driven with a strong work ethic and creative out of the box thinker.
- Confidence and capability to follow-up and qualify marketing leads.
- Proficient in WordPress, Canva, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- 2+ years experience in highly analytical marketing campaign environment.
- Experience working in the IT reseller industry focused on Cisco and Microsoft.
- Courteous, professional and persistent manner who is efficient and well organised.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Capable of prioritisation, multi-tasking and project management.
- Able to work autonomously, as well as effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels- fearless presenter.
- Flexible approach to meet the business requirements.
