SMART Portal is Cisilion’s online tool for the management of our professional services delivery. Working through the portal ensures you have full transparency and traceability of all transactions and work completed.

Real time management of a blended team

Working with third parties for anything from ad-hoc adds, moves and changes to a full outsource can present challenges that mean some loss of control, flexibility and transparency. Cisilion’s SMART Portal and associated services are designed to specifically address this issue.

Online resource booking

Services and resources (with specific skills) can be booked online for specific dates to perform specific tasks.

Simplified communication

A common set of documentation can be up loaded and maintained on the portal ensuring that all technical staff are working to and amending a common set of documentation.

This approach ensures that you have a clear view of the work outstanding, completed and signed off. It also avoids costly reworks through lacking or incomplete project/network documentation.

Full traceability

Most of Cisilion’s SMART Services are delivered to a Service Level Agreement (SLA). SMART Portal allows the life cycle of the delivery to be tracked from booking to sign off, so that you can monitor our performance against the expected service level.

Services are bought on a credit system with SMART Portal allowing you to check all transactions against your account.
