#TeamCisilion Celebrate FY16

Another financial year has passed, and once again, #TeamCisilion were sure to put our party shoes on and celebrate FY16 in style. We had great reason to celebrate, as this was the company’s best year to date – accomplishing double digit growth for our 16th consecutive year and hitting £50m in revenue (up 40% from last year), with an expected profit increase of 120%. Not to mention, our portfolio includes some impressive new logo wins, giving us an impressive range of customers across the legal, finance, insurance and healthcare sectors.

As a tradition running in its seventh year, we organised our summer kickoff event at the Sandown racecourse in Esher. It was an action packed day which did not disappoint. The day kicked off with presentations by our Chairman Roger Paul and CTO Alex Hooper, followed by the anticipated ‘Employee Awards’. After all the formalities were over, the team enjoyed a lovely three-course lunch, betting on horses and (lots of) refreshments.

Having an amazing team like ours should not be taken for granted, so thank you to all members of #TeamCisilion for a truly memorable day. The company would not be where we are today without all your hard work, enthusiasm and support. We are a big family, working with big names, enjoying big success, with even bigger plans for the future.
