Cisilion is a privately owned
and funded company.
Managing Director Roger Paul was a main board director
and shareholder of Persona plc and was actively involved
in obtaining support and funding, leading to its successful
flotation on the UK stock exchange in April 1996.
Also on the main board were 3i, with whom Roger still
has very close personal ties. Following Roger's move
from Persona, he was approached by the Dutch company
Landis b.v. who had plans to float on the Amsterdam
Stock Exchange.
To ensure a successful flotation and increase interest
from investors, Landis needed to prove they could quickly
become a leading pan European distributor in the networking,
communications and services business. Landis was missing
both a UK presence and a leading figure who had prior
experience with the demands created by the lead up to
and the period following a companies' flotation.
As a director and shareholder, Roger helped Landis
successfully float on the Amsterdam stock exchange in
April 1998. With Roger's track record it has not been
difficult to obtain the funding required for Cisilion
to achieve its medium term goals, which include expansion
into the European and US markets during the next 12
months.

The corporate bankers at the time of the Persona flotation
were NatWest Corporate Finance and they have readily
supported Cisilion's plans to build a global organisation
which will focus exclusively on Cisco's new technologies.
The partnership with NatWest Corporate is key to Cisilion's
future success. Continued financial support is crucial
to any business but particularly a new and expanding
one like Cisilion. A large part of that support comes
from the knowledge that Cisilion have made significant
investment in secure and reliable systems and are following
procedural practises normally associated with much larger
companies.
In line with their commitment to build for the future,
Cisilion have appointed Chantrey Vellacott DFK, a leading
firm of London accountants.
"NatWest are delighted to continue our longstanding
relationship with Roger Paul in providing support to
his latest venture, Cisilion."
- Sean Dixon, Senior Corporate Manager, NatWest Corporate
