The ideal candidate will have a sales background, albeit telephone or face to face. Technology skills are of an advantage, although not necessary as training will be provided. The team are tasked with speaking to customers daily about products, services, promotions, seminars and webinars. The candidate needs to be driven and determined with a hunger to achieve targets and succeed.
Primary Function: Sales (80 %)
- Make targeted outbound calls to the customer base
- Up-sell and cross-sell the full range of products and services
- Proactively contact the customer base and promote new and improved products and services
- Create leads for either the field sales consultants and/or any other business partners and, where appropriate, make appointments for them
- Arrange for demonstrations of systems/services
- Develop customer contact strategies
- Ensure accuracy when ordering products and services
Secondary Function: Relationship Building (20 %)
- Through regular contact, build strong customer relationships
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved in all our dealings
- Manage customer expectation in terms of delivery, installation and billing to ensure our commitment to the customer

- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
