Vendor Marketing Executive

Purpose of the Role

  • To drive and develop relationships between Cisilion and Vendor’s marketing teams
  • Manage and attract incremental MDF and vendor funding
  • Manage and execute Cisilion’s end-user events programme
  • Support the Executive team in the ongoing execution of Cisilion’s Vendor strategy

Key Responsibilities

  • To own and manage – end to end – the MDF and vendor funding process. Producing a rolling report on MDF accrued, and expenditure.
  • Production and maintenance of Vendor marketing plans
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, ensuring that activity consistently supports the lead generation requirements of the business
  • To manage and own the execution of Cisilion’s programme of end-user events. Working with the Events co-ordinator to ensure that all aspects of the invitation, event execution, and follow-up are managed professionally and in keeping with company standards.
  • Support the engagement between the Sales Teams, and Executive in matters of Vendor marketing and Cisilion end user communications.
  • Leverage Cisilion’s digital marketing and vendor strategies to secure industry and vendor specific award nominations. Proactively target the conversion of nominations to awards.
  • Own and develop Cisilion’s portfolio of customer and technology case studies.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Detailed understanding of Vendor funding models, MDF mechanics and claiming procedures.
  • Ability to engage at all levels within Cisilion and the Vendor ecosystem.
  • Customer facing, with bright, engaging personality.
  • Solid working knowledge of CRM and Microsoft applications
  • Understanding of Enterprise Social Networking tools
  • Analytical and detail oriented approach to Vendor funding.


Account Manager

Purpose of the Role

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can manage and develop relationships with existing client to maximise the sales of the broad portfolio of Cisilion services and solutions.  There is a requirement to develop existing major clients. Cisilion’s focus solutions include Data Centre, Unified Communications, Mobility, Switching and Routing and Network Security. All of these are supported by our very successful implementation and 24/7 managed services.

 

The ability to forge deep and broad relationships is essential. Cisilion are focused on providing business impacting solutions that assist in our client’s business transformation objectives. Key skills required are in Service Provider and Enterprise with particular emphasis on delivering large complex solutions and managed service contracts. They must have at least 3-5 years of selling a portfolio of Cisco and other “Best of Breed Vendor products” (e.g. NetApp, VMWare, EMC, Microsoft, IBM) and a detailed understanding of their respective channel. A hunger to build win-win relationships that deliver exceptional performance and enhance the positive image of Cisilion in the marketplace will make the candidate stand out from the crowd. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Implement the sales strategy to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Identify, develop and maintain key relationships with clients to broaden share of wallet
  • Maintain a high-profile Cisilion presence in the market place through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership.
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.

Key skills

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience selling Cisco and related “best of breed” Vendors
  • 5 years demonstrable track record of successful sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong experience of selling at ‘C’ Level
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to executive management
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to network within a customer organisation to identify all key influencers and decision makers
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in working with the Cisco and related “best of breed” Vendor Channel

New Business Account Manager & New Business Account Manager with Networking & Storage (NetApp) Experience

Based in both the Leatherhead and City Office

The ideal candidate will be required to sell Cisilion services and solutions into new accounts. There is a requirement to develop accounts to maximize turnover and profit with a focus on UC, Mobility, Switching and Routing, Network Security and Data Centre. 

 

Internal Sales Account Manager

London/Surrey

The ideal candidate will be required to sell Cisilion services and solutions into new and existing accounts.  There is a requirement to develop accounts to maximise turnover and profit with a focus on Unified Communications, Data Centre, Borderless Networks, Maintenance and Managed Services. 

Candidates will be required to work with Marketing and Lead Generation to qualify opportunities and also do their own prospecting.  

Previous Cisco experience in at least one of the following areas: SMB, Commercial or Service provider with particular emphasis on winning large equipment, maintenance and service contracts.

A hunger to exceed targets, contribute to overall profitability, success and to enhance the positive image of Cisilion in the marketplace will make the candidate stand out from the crowd.

Product Knowledge: Cisco, Microsoft Lync, NetApp, VMware, and EMC. Experience in HP, Solarwinds, RedBox, F5, Riverbed or Oracle (Sun) would be advantageous.

 

Service Centre UC Support Engineer with Lync

Surrey 

Role:

  • To work within a busy Service Centre supporting customer UC environments.
  • To be the subject matter expert on Microsoft Lync within the Service Centre
  • Provide general Microsoft Messaging Applications support to customers
  • Provide support for Microsoft – Cisco integration issues 

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in supporting Microsoft solutions in general and OCS and Lync solutions in particular
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Lync, Exchange and Active Directory
  • Demonstrable experience of troubleshooting UC applications
  • Good general networking skills and experience
  • Good working knowledge of Cisco UC products
  • Awareness and understanding of the underlying infrastructure requirements in order to successfully run VoIP solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and understanding of video solutions

 

Service Desk Engineer (Network & Security) 

Cisilion is currently looking for someone with good Cisco Networking and Cisco Security experience to further develop its Service Centre by enhancing our Network Managed Services offering.  Cisilion is growing company and due to this growth, additional service centre engineers are required to support our customer portfolio.  Needless to say, excellent customer-facing skills are essential.
