Purpose of the Role
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can manage and develop relationships with existing client to maximise the sales of the broad portfolio of Cisilion services and solutions. There is a requirement to develop existing major clients. Cisilion’s focus solutions include Data Centre, Unified Communications, Mobility, Switching and Routing and Network Security. All of these are supported by our very successful implementation and 24/7 managed services.
The ability to forge deep and broad relationships is essential. Cisilion are focused on providing business impacting solutions that assist in our client’s business transformation objectives. Key skills required are in Service Provider and Enterprise with particular emphasis on delivering large complex solutions and managed service contracts. They must have at least 3-5 years of selling a portfolio of Cisco and other “Best of Breed Vendor products” (e.g. NetApp, VMWare, EMC, Microsoft, IBM) and a detailed understanding of their respective channel. A hunger to build win-win relationships that deliver exceptional performance and enhance the positive image of Cisilion in the marketplace will make the candidate stand out from the crowd.
New Business Account Manager & New Business Account Manager with Networking & Storage (NetApp) Experience
Based in both the Leatherhead and City Office
The ideal candidate will be required to sell Cisilion services and solutions into new accounts. There is a requirement to develop accounts to maximize turnover and profit with a focus on UC, Mobility, Switching and Routing, Network Security and Data Centre.
Internal Sales Account Manager
The ideal candidate will be required to sell Cisilion services and solutions into new and existing accounts. There is a requirement to develop accounts to maximise turnover and profit with a focus on Unified Communications, Data Centre, Borderless Networks, Maintenance and Managed Services.
Candidates will be required to work with Marketing and Lead Generation to qualify opportunities and also do their own prospecting.
Previous Cisco experience in at least one of the following areas: SMB, Commercial or Service provider with particular emphasis on winning large equipment, maintenance and service contracts.

Product Knowledge: Cisco, Microsoft Lync, NetApp, VMware, and EMC. Experience in HP, Solarwinds, RedBox, F5, Riverbed or Oracle (Sun) would be advantageous.
