The ideal candidate will be required to sell Cisilion services and solutions into new accounts. There is a requirement to develop accounts to maximize turnover and profit with a focus on UC, Mobility, Switching and Routing, Network Security and Data Centre.

The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of delivering projects into end users. An understanding of technologies, including Unified Communications, Data Centre, Network Security and Wireless would be highly beneficial. As would any product knowledge of Cisco, Riverbed, HP, Oracle, NetApp, VMWare, EMC, McAfee, F5 and Palo Alto.
A background of working in a systems integrator would support any application as well as an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Cisilion is currently looking for someone with good Cisco Networking and Cisco Security experience to further develop its Service Centre by enhancing our Network Managed Services offering. Cisilion is growing company and due to this growth, additional service desk engineers are required to support our customer portfolio. Needless to say, excellent customer-facing skills are essential.
Currently Cisilion work extended business hours so the successful candidate will be expected to work on an early and late shift pattern. They would also be participating in a paid, out of hours, ‘on-call’ system.
Because Cisilion is a Cisco Gold Partner, supporting almost the full range of Cisco products and technologies, the successful candidate must have a good, solid background in the Cisco product portfolio. For this role essential experience:
A large part of the role will be the monitoring and managing of customer networks. Therefore experience of SNMP based Network Management systems and troubleshooting tools is essential. Part of the role will also include pre-staging Cisco networking equipment, maintaining our Cisco Lab and setting up networking demonstrations for customers.
The ideal candidate would have had a minimum of 2 years’ networking experience. Experience of a help-desk environment, working to SLAs, using ‘trouble-ticket’ applications and Solarwinds would be beneficial.
It is expected that the ideal candidate has a valid CCNA and/or CCNP accreditation; however this requirement may be waived for a candidate with extensive networking experience.
