Roger Paul - Chairman

Roger Paul was a main board director and shareholder of Persona plc and was actively involved in obtaining support and funding, leading to its successful flotation on the UK stock exchange in April 1996.

Following Roger's move from Persona, he was approached by the Dutch company Landis b.v. who had plans to float on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. As a director and shareholder, Roger helped Landis successfully float on the Amsterdam stock exchange in April 1998.

In 2000 Roger founded Cisilion with a vision to build a global organisation which will focus exclusively on Cisco's new technologies. 9 years later Cisilion is one of Cisco's fastest growing and largest Gold Partners.

Rob Morgan - Managing Director

Rob Morgan is the Managing Director responsible for the day to day management of Cisilion. Rob Joined Cisilion in September 2007 from Cisco Systems where he was Operations Director for the Service Providers and Media business in UK & Ireland.

Prior to Cisco, Rob had a successful career in the technology and services industry, having spent ten years with Cable & Wireless, culminating in him being appointed Managing Director in 2005 for Cable & Wireless’ Enterprise Development and Mid-Market business. In this role, Rob was accountable for 250 colleagues with annual revenues of £260m.

Rob was also Vice President of Global Enterprise Markets where he was responsible for the sales and development of global solutions for Cable & Wireless' global Hi-Tech customers. Based in Silicon Valley, this £200 million business included a full range of desktop solutions including converged solutions, managed LAN infrastructure, content delivery, web hosting, and IP contact centres.

Gordon Hennessy - Finance Director

Gordon joined Cisilion in January 2008, having previously worked in the M&A department of PricewaterhouseCoopers.  He has also held a number of senior roles with Cable & Wireless in commercial and finance functions.

Kevin Bovis - Technical Services Director

Kevin was first introduced to Cisco products in 1993 and became one of the first CCIE’s in the UK in 1995.  As a CCIE he worked as a network engineer for networking resellers SITA and Ilion. In 1998 Kevin joined Computacenter as a Senior Network Architect. In 2000 Kevin became Principle Consultant at Thrupoint. . In 2004 he joined Cisilion as Technical Service Director.

Nikki Gunning - HR Director

Nikki is one of the founding directors of Cisilion and has a career in IT spanning 13 years.  Previous experience includes setting up the UK arm of Landis plc and being actively involved in the acquisition of ilion in 1998.  Her HR background started at KPMG, where she also gained experience within the M&A department.
